The Engineering Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination and control of all engineering documentation, work orders, and maintenance activities. This position acts as the central hub between engineering, operations, and regulatory compliance while ensuring technical accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to organizational and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control engineering documentation, work packs, and maintenance records in compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Monitor aircraft/component maintenance status and ensure timely scheduling of planned and unplanned work.
• Maintain and update the engineering information system with current maintenance data, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
• Track parts, tools, and manpower allocation to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and logistics teams to ensure all engineering tasks are properly documented and closed.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing accurate and complete maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and airworthiness standards at all times.
